Uniswap’s Layer 2 network unichain will leave its operations to Optimism in late October. Optimism is responsible for sequencers, RPCs, monitoring, and incident response, but the user’s right to withdraw depends on the contract and state route proposal authority per chain. Uniswap Labs announced on October 9 that Uniswap will switch to OP Enterprise. The testnet is scheduled to be converted on October 13th, and the mainnet is scheduled to be converted on the 29th. Chain ID, contract, balance, app, and Uniswap v2·v3·v4 distribution status are maintained.
